22 වන ව්‍යවස්ථා සංශෝධනය සම්බන්ධයෙන් ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණයේ මතය ඇතුළත් රහසිගත නිගමනය කථානායකවරයා විසින් හෙට (22) දිනයේ පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට නිවේදනය කිරීමට නියමිතව ඇති බව වාර්තා වේ. ඒ ඊට අදාළ ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණයේ මතය කථානායකවරයාට ලැබීමෙන් අනතුරුවය. සුසිල් රණසිංහ අමාත්‍යවරයා පසුගියදා ප්‍රකාශ කළේ ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණයේ මතය කථානායකවරයා වෙත ලැබී ඇති බවය.
විසි දෙවැනි ආණ්ඩු ක්‍රම ව්‍යවස්ථා සංශෝධනය සම්බන්ධයෙන් ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණයේ මතය කතානායක වෛද්‍ය ජගත් වික්‍රමරත්න මහතාට හෙට (21) බාරදීමට නියමිතව ඇතැයි පාර්ලිමේන්තු ආරංචි මාර්ග සඳහන් කළේය.
The Supreme Court's confidential determination on the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution is scheduled to be presented to Parliament by the Speaker on September 22. The Speaker will receive the determination on September 21, with a party leaders' meeting also set for that morning, and debate on the amendment and the Judicature Act amendment is expected on September 24 and 25.
