බන්ධනාගාර ගත වන භික්ෂූන් වහන්සේලා සම්බන්ධයෙන් බන්ධනාගාර ආඥා පනතේ නීති රෙගුලාසි සහ නිත්ය නියෝග යාවත්කාලීන කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව අදාළ නිකායේ හෝ පාර්ශ්වයේ නිර්දේශය මත භික්ෂුන් වහන්සේලා චීවරය සහිතව බන්ධනාගාරයෙන් බැහැරට ගෙන යාමට කටයුතු කෙරෙනු ඇතැයි ජනාධිපති කාර්යාලය පවසයි.
