ආණ්ඩුක්රම ව්යවස්ථාවේ 22 සංශෝධනය සම්මත කිරීම සඳහා ජනමත විචාරණයක් අවශ්ය නොවන බව ශ්රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණය දැනුම්දී තිබේ. ශ්රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණයේ මතය කථානායකවරයා වෙත භාරදී තිබූ අතර අද (22) පාර්ලිමේන්තුව ආරම්භයේදී කථානායක වෛද්ය ජගත් වික්රමරත්න මහතා විසින් එය පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලදි.
