Sun directly overhead over six areas today

Colombo, Sep. 4 (Daily Mirror) - The Sun will be directly overhead at around 12:09 p.m. today (4) over Nittambuwa, Algama, Malwana, Aranayake, Meegahakivula and Panadura, the Meteorology Department said. The phenomenon is occurring as the Sun’s apparent position moves southward, with the Sun expected to be directly overhead at various locations in Sri Lanka from August 28 to September 7.
